Kanda Poha / Gatti Avalakki recipe is one  of the simplest and easiest breakfast or an evening snack made with a thicker variety of beaten rice. Poha is commonly made in the Indian kitchens with a little variations.

In my house, its usually my hubby who ends up in making this on weekends. Weekend mornings is started of by getting out of bed late. Once I wake up late means whole day runs late. My kids are off from school on weekends and this makes it difficult for me to cook. They usually want me around them in the mornings. So, currently my hubby has taken over my kitchen on weekends. This is my husband's delicious Poha recipe.
